Refund Policy 

Every product is created with deep reverence for the land — wild-harvested, hand-blended, and packaged with care in small intentional batches. Due to the perishable and natural nature of our offerings, we maintain the following refund policy:

Refunds & Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns on the following:

  • Herbal teas & blends

  • Mushroom tinctures

  • Bath or botanical salts

  • Natural balms and oils

These are considered perishable or personal-use products and cannot be restocked for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged on Arrival?

If your package arrives with damaged or compromised packaging, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will gladly offer a refund or replacement where appropriate.

Storage & Use Responsibility

Our products are sensitive to moisture, heat, and light. Please store in a cool, dry place, and use within the recommended time for maximum freshness and potency.

 

Once a product has left our hands, it becomes your responsibility to store and use it correctly.
